Mary’s bias for outstanding customer service began at Younkers and she has had a successful retail
career in Chicago and NYC that taught her the importance of win-win-win negotiation skills (the
3rd win is for the relationship). Many of Mary’s real estate clients have said “I started with a Realtor®
and ended up with a friend.” Mary is a 5th generation Iowan and she loves Des Moines and its
eclectic neighborhoods.
